  • Planning, executing and optimizing advertising on a daily basis paid advertising campaigns on all paid platforms, including Googe, Facebook, Zalo,...
  • Monitoring budgets, ensure accurate tracking, report to stakeholders about day to day performance of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other departments, and with headquarter to plan and execute all digital marketing activities.
  • Improve conversion rate metrics by analyzing the acquisition funnel and come up with retargeting solutions to reduce funnel leakage.
  • Dig into daily performance, identify opportunities and adjust budgets and bids.
  • Learn our entire product thoroughly and implement relevant parts of it in your market.
  • Analyze local market, talk to customers, discover our strengths & weaknesses, propose product improvements, shape our unique proposition and marketing strategy.
  • Analyze key product and marketing metrics, and benchmark them against our other markets.
  • Assist global marketing team with local CPC campaigns, SEO, CPA and content marketing.
  • Prioritize local product development backlog.
  • Test new features.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Experience: At least 3 years experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Problem-solver: To be able to find solutions to move User Acquisition numbers.
  • Test & Learn Mentality: To be open enough to try new channels and learn from them.
  • Data-Driven: Excellent Statistic & analysis skills, Utilize existing data on hand to make informed decisions.
  • Expert in Adwords & Paid Social: Have hands-on execution experience in managing AdWords, Paid social campaigns.
  • Google Adwords Certificate and Facebook BluePrint Certificate are preferred.
  • High autonomy: Self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects.
  • Others: Open-minded, energetic, progressive, initiative and result-oriented.
  • Prior experience in working in a hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats at a time with hands-on manner.
  • Structured thinking.
  • Understanding of LEAN principles and customer development.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one data analytics tool: Excel, SQL or any BI system.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and AARRR model.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lots of energy and drive to succeed.
  • Good Project management skill.
  • Good at English (Both 4 skills).
